Ajay’s training focuses on a combination of injury prevention/rehabilitation, mind-body connection, and an emphasis on biomechanics and functional movement. He is a certified Breath Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant and Functional Movement Screen Practitioner. As a lifelong athlete, he has successfully recovered from numerous orthopedic surgeries including three invasive knee surgeries, ankle surgery and shoulder surgery suffered from playing sports.
After beginning his career as a commercial real estate broker, Ajay transitioned to health and wellness. Since, he has worked with a wide range of clients and patients including postsurgical orthopedic patients, high school and collegiate athletes, and individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle. Ajay has experience working with clients with increased stress, anxiety, and other similar disorders and individuals seeking to optimize overall health and wellness utilizing a holistic and preventative approach.
Sessions are tailored to address the postural challenges, repetitive movements, and stressors that everyday life presents. Sessions utilize corrective exercise, therapeutic movement, meditation and breath work accompanied with functional movement. Ajay strives to empower and educate to instill knowledge and shift habitual patterns for long term benefits.
