Ajay is a curious learner who is innately wired to teach others the skills that come naturally to him. He is passionate about helping individuals add healthy years to their lives through movement and mindfulness.

 

Sessions with Ajay focus on mobility training, breathing exercises, and assisted stretching. These practices collectively bring the body back into balance—both mentally and physically—through functional movement, mind-body connection, and breathwork. Each session is tailored to address the unique postural challenges, repetitive movements, and stressors that everyday life presents.
