Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain free modality used to increase range of motion, relieve pain, decrease tension, and improve mobility through the body. FST is an assisted stretching technique that is performed by a Certiﬁed Fascial Stretch Therapist. Sessions are performed on a treatment table and utilize comfortable straps for stabilization. Sessions will combine waves of movements and holds to target multiple angles to release, relax, and stretch the tissues and ﬁbers in a pain free manner.
Virtual Breath Coaching
Breath coaching and education available virtually for personal and group/corporate sessions. Targeted breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. Most of us are stuck on autopilot, and we're getting bounced around by our environment leaving us feeling wired but tired, imbalanced, and frazzled. Breath coaching offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it's easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable.
Personalized Mobility Instruction
Private lessons are available for beginners to individuals looking to deepen their practice and increase mobility and overall wellness or performance at all levels. Personal instruction is available for a variety of individuals including those with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical knee, hip, spine, or shoulder interventions. Sessions help you connect your physical, mental, and emotional body.
Live Virtual Training
Private lessons online with one on one guidance for proper alignment and instruction. The focus of sessions includes yoga and mobility training with mindfulness meditation techniques. Education provided to help instill knowledge and continue training through self-practice.
